Pay structure for each position varies due to level of certification and years of experience, and will be addressed in greater detail in the interview process. Industry Veterans and Experienced Applicants will have a pay scale that is determined per employee and during an agreed upon "try out period". This will generally consist of a draw per pay period (no less than an apprentice pay) with commissions on labor, or overall tickets. Applicants that have no in shop experience, are not certified, or may have very little installation experience will start at a $15/hr (or more) pay rate with bonus on labor (and/or overall tickets depending on positions) per pay period. Many more incentives are also available determined on the amount of additional tasks an employee may wish to perform for LIS Audio.

Audio Installation Technician
The main duties expected of an audio Installation Technician at LIS Audio are at minimum that of which is required to be known to pass the MECP exam. All Installation Technicians are required to hold at least a Basic Level MECP to work on vehicles in the shop. This list is what is to be expected daily from an Installation Technician at LIS Audio:

- Maintain great customer service relations and phone etiquette
- Practice professional installation techniques, such as those taught by MECP
- Keep a clean and organized work area (the job is not finished until the area is clean)
- Maneuver customer cars in and out of the shop without damage
- Utilize the LIS Audio vehicle protection packages while performing installations
- Electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Help organize and participate in car shows and sponsored events
- May be required to perform off site installations
- Social media marketing and advertising
- Perform customer callbacks and follow-ups
- Show clients their newly installed features and how to use them properly
Sales Representative
The main duties expected of the Sales Representative at LIS Audio are to maintain great customer service and to portray our company in an honest and appealing manner. Sales staff is not required to have a certification in sales techniques and procedures, although having Certifications will allow for increased wages. This list is what is to be expected daily from a Sales Representative at LIS Audio:
- Inbound phone call answering and returning missed calls
- Great and direct clients to proper channels
- Responding to and monitoring LIS Audio E-mail accounts
- Help organize and participate in car shows and sponsored events
- Recruit additional commercial and fleet accounts
- Maintain front end and shop cleanliness and upkeep
- Train front-end representatives
- Handle social media accounts, postings and advertising
- Perform customer callbacks and follow-ups
- Issue client paperwork and product warranties
- Show clients their newly installed features and how to use them properly
Fabrication Technician
The main duties expected of an audio Fabrication Technician at LIS Audio are at minimum that of which is required to be known when passing the Advanced MECP test. All Fabrication Technicians are required to hold at least a Basic Level MECP to work on custom projects in the shop. This list is what is to be expected daily from a Fabrication Technician at LIS Audio:
- Maintain great customer service relations and phone etiquette
- Perform marine, pleasure craft and mobile audio fabrication techniques
- Keep a clean and organized work area (the job is not finished until the area is clean)
- Maneuver customer cars in and out of the shop without damage
- Utilize the LIS Audio vehicle protection packages while performing installations
- Electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and professional installation
- Help organize and participate in car shows and sponsored events
- May be required to perform off site installations
- Social media marketing and advertising
- Perform customer callbacks and follow-ups
- Show clients their newly installed features and how to use them properly
Window Tinting Technician
The main duties expected of a Window Tint Technician at LIS Audio are to maintain great customer service and deliver high quality window tint installations. Window Tint Technicians are not required to have a certification in window tint techniques and procedures although having certifications may allow for increased wages. This list is what is to be expected daily of a Window Tint Technician at LIS Audio:
- Maintain great customer service relations and phone etiquette
- Mobile, commercial and residential window tint application and removal
- Keep a clean and organized work area (the job is not finished until the area is clean)
- Maneuver customer cars in and out of the shop without damage
- Utilize the LIS Audio vehicle protection packages while performing installations
- Help organize and participate in car shows and sponsored events
- May be required to perform off site installations
- Social media marketing and advertising
- Perform customer callbacks and follow-ups
- Deliver project to customer and inform them of fresh tint and upkeep policies
Vinyl Wrap Technician
The main duties expected of a Vinyl Wrap Technician at LIS Audio are to maintain great customer service and deliver high quality vinyl wrap installations. Vinyl Wrap Technicians are not required to have a certification in vinyl wrap techniques and procedures although having certifications may allow for increased wages. - Mobile, commercial and residential vinyl application and removal

Detail Technician
The main duties expected of a Detail Technician at LIS Audio are to maintain great customer service and to perform detail procedures within LIS Audio expectations. Detail Technicians are eligible for free LIS Audio training classes and customer service techniques trainings. This list is what is to be expected daily from a Detail Technician at LIS Audio:
